Website information
We work to keep vehicle listings and business information accurate, but availability, mileage, pricing, equipment, options, condition descriptions, photographs, and other listing details may change or contain errors. Contact D-Drive Auto to confirm material information before making a purchase decision.
No online purchase contract
Browsing the website, submitting a lead, receiving a quote, or discussing a vehicle does not by itself create a vehicle purchase agreement. A sale is governed by the final documents signed by the buyer and D-Drive Auto, including the final price, taxes, fees, title information, disclosures, payment terms, warranty status, and any other transaction-specific terms.
Vehicle condition and warranties
Any warranty or as-is status is determined by the final written transaction documents and applicable Buyers Guide, not by general website wording. Unless a written warranty is specifically provided in the final transaction documents, do not assume that a warranty is included.
Financing and third-party services
Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular transaction, website references to financing, insurance, warranties, electronic signatures, transportation, or other third-party services do not guarantee approval, availability, price, timing, or performance. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Transportation
D-Drive Auto may help coordinate vehicle transportation through independent third-party carriers. Carrier availability, pricing, pickup and delivery times, insurance, and carrier performance are controlled by the applicable carrier and should be confirmed before shipment.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to dealership systems, submit false or fraudulent information, interfere with site operation, scrape protected dealership data at disruptive scale, or use the website in violation of law.
Intellectual property
D-Drive Auto branding, original website copy, layout, graphics, and dealership-created materials are owned by or licensed to D-Drive Auto unless otherwise indicated. Vehicle manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Changes
We may update these website terms as the dealership, website, or available services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
